The proximity between the different areas of expertise makes communication easier and allows each formula to be followed throughout its development and manufacturing.
Choices regarding ingredients, dosages and processes are shared among the teams involved. This organization makes it possible to keep a clear view of the product and of the decisions made at each stage.

Traceability
From design to packaging, each batch is tracked through the different stages of manufacturing. Information relating to raw materials, the operations carried out and the finished product is recorded to ensure precise tracking.
Controlled production
Each production run follows parameters defined in advance for the formula concerned.
During production, the teams check that operations are running smoothly and record the necessary information in the batch file. Samples may be taken at the beginning, during and at the end of manufacturing, depending on the controls planned for the product.
These checks make it possible to track each batch precisely and to ensure that production meets the established criteria before packaging. Additional analyses may also be requested when necessary.
Quality and efficacy
At ETNA, quality is built from the formulation stage. It relies on selected ingredients, precisely defined dosages and clear information about what each product contains.
