Purpose of the Site

This Site is an e-commerce website dedicated in particular to presenting and selling online the products of the ETNA brand (dietary supplements). It presents the product catalog through several entry points (by range, by need, by solution) and offers editorial content and advice, notably through a blog.

The editorial content and advice published on the Site are written and reviewed by ETNA’s editorial team, with the assistance of healthcare professionals.

The information provided on the Site is intended to support, not replace, the relationship between the User and healthcare professionals. It does not constitute medical advice and cannot substitute for a medical consultation.

Intellectual property

All graphic and textual elements on the Site (logos, images, photographs, illustrations, descriptions, texts, trademarks, names, drawings, designs, databases, etc.) are the exclusive property of ETNA and/or its partners, and are protected by copyright, trademark law, design law, patent law and, more generally, by the provisions of the French Intellectual Property Code.

In accordance with Articles L.122-4 and L.122-5 of the French Intellectual Property Code, any reproduction, display, modification, publication or adaptation of all or part of these elements, by any means whatsoever, is prohibited except for strictly private use and with ETNA’s prior written authorization. ETNA, as data controller, processes Users’ personal data in accordance with amended French Law No. 78-17 of January 6, 1978 and Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR). Governing law and jurisdiction

Any dispute relating to the use of the Site is governed by French law. Failing an amicable resolution, and within the limits permitted by law, jurisdiction is granted to the competent courts of Montpellier.
