Occasional use
Take 2 capsules with a large glass of water, as soon as you feel the need. Valerian, passionflower and lemon balm contribute to optimal relaxation.
Regular use

As needed
Serenity Flash is a Flash product to keep close at hand: for busy days, intense periods or moments of tension. Use it as needed, without exceeding the recommended daily dose.
