Program effects
Phase 1 – Initiation (Day 1 to Day 3)
Get into your routine: 1 to 3 capsules per day with a large glass of water, in the evening or within an hour after exercise. Magnesium in citrate form and vitamins B1/B6 contribute to your normal muscle function.
Phase 2 – Action (Day 4 to Day 10)
Regular intake supports the formula's core goal: magnesium and vitamin B6 contribute to reducing your fatigue. Meanwhile, harpagophytum and Chinese skullcap extracts support your joint flexibility and mobility.
Phase 3 – Consolidation (Day 11 to Day 14)
Continue taking it to maintain support for your muscle and joint function, in synergy with the local heat application recommended in "Extra tip". After the 14 days, take a break of a few days then start the 3 phases again. The program (including the break) can be repeated as needed throughout the year.
Extra tip
Recovery timing: to release tension (neck, back) or ease cramps, timing matters. Prefer taking it in the evening or within an hour after physical exercise. Magnesium and skullcap thus support the relaxation of the nervous and muscular systems during the rest phase, helping avoid night-time waking caused by tension.
To maximise the effect of the actives, apply a heat source (hot water bottle or a good hot shower) to the tense area for 15 minutes. Heat dilates blood vessels, allowing minerals and plant extracts to reach the heart of the contracted muscle fibre much faster.
