Extra tip
The "good" fat rule: omega-3s are pure lipids. For your body to absorb them fully, they need the bile produced by your gallbladder. Never take your capsules on an empty stomach: always swallow them in the middle of your richest meal of the day (containing good fats such as olive oil, avocado, eggs or fish) to trigger maximum cellular absorption.
Heat storage: even when protected by our capsules and natural antioxidants, fish oil remains sensitive to temperature changes. Avoid taking your omega-3s with a hot drink (coffee, tea, soup) and always store your pillbox in a cool, dry place.
